What I learned was that you cannot take the easy way out because you are only cheating yourself.

I never knew that we had an inner Light. I will always put effort into tests and homework. I will also try to listen to my true voice and not listen to my opponent’s voice. I am really thankful for everything.

The most amazing thing I learned in SFK is putting yourself in someone else’s shoes because I could learn something from them and become friends with them. Thank you Karen for starting SFK because once SFK class ends I can use it in reality. I am now committed to trying to stop being angry.

I learned that if you share more you get more. I learned that if you share you true self then other people will want to share their true self. I learned that if you take the easy way out you feel bad. I learned that if you make your best effort, you won’t get frustrated. I learned that teamwork make you work as a team.

I feel happy about doing SFK. We do a lot of amazing work. We use teamwork to figure things out. We share ideas and we see how people express themselves.

I learned a lot in SFK, because today I did not want to do my work and I turned down[the voice of ] the opponent and put up [the voice of] the good guy. So I stopped fooling around and did my homework. I felt happy about what I did.

SFK is a helping hand when things are good, when things are bad, when life is just what it is….Life. SFK reminds us of the little things that make big differences like the words we choose or simply doing good deeds. They reach out to the children that are growing and give them guidance. Guidance that will be with them for a lifetime. My children have had the time of their lives and they have learned that things in general require effort. Making the right choice sometimes requires effort. SFK is not just fun, it is creative and a blessing. You don’t always find positive influences and seldom find people willing to share, as they do in SFK.

I learned to share and care for others. I learned I should always listen to my true voice not my opponent voice. I should always use teamwork skills. I remember to not take the easy way out. I always make my best effort.

I like SFK because it teaches me how to stop reactive behaviors and handle it in a different way like just letting go of what happened. It also teaches me that I can have uninterrupted happiness if I listen to my true voice and lower the [voice of the] opponent. It also taught me that the opponent is not a bad guy. It challenges you. When you turn down the voice of the opponent and listen to your true voice you feel like a winner.

In SFK I learned to chill out, share and that I have a purpose. I love SFK because it showed me my opportunities. […] And I’ll keep on ignoring my opponent’s voice and listen more to my true voice. And I will show my True Self
